Amp11 brings together leaders and advisors with experience building, operating, transforming and supporting businesses across restaurants, hospitality, technology and the frontline workforce.
We’re building Cait the same way we believe restaurant technology should be built: with deep industry experience, diverse expertise and meaningful input from the operators and managers who will actually use it.
Our shared belief is that manager enablement is not merely a people initiative. It is an operating strategy, and stronger restaurants begin by better equipping the people holding the frontline together.
Christina has spent more than two decades at the intersection of frontline work, talent and workforce technology, with experience spanning organizations including Walmart, McDonald’s, Korn Ferry and Paradox.
Her work with McDonald’s franchisees, including leading the design, build and rollout of McHire alongside Paradox and the McDonald’s Owner/Operator organization, showed her what happens when technology truly removes friction from a restaurant manager’s day.
It also led her to the problem she couldn’t stop thinking about:
Cait grew from the belief that retention is the next recruiting — and that supporting the manager running the shift is one of the most powerful places to start.
Marc has advised Amp11 from its earliest stage, bringing deep experience across technology, product development, company building and scale. Earlier in his career, Marc held senior leadership roles at OfferPad and Infusionsoft, helping scale high-growth technology businesses.
At Amp11, Marc brings the perspective of someone who understands both how to build transformative technology and how to turn it into a durable company.

Mason works across applied AI, product engineering and user experience to help translate real restaurant operating needs into technology that works in the flow of the shift.
His connection to the industry started on the restaurant floor, where he worked as a server and bartender before moving into recruiting and talent-focused work. That combination gives him perspective on both the frontline experience and the workforce challenges restaurant operators are working to solve.
At Amp11, Mason helps keep Cait grounded in the realities of the people who will actually use her.
